This event marked the culmination of a year-long virtual leadership program, a powerful collaboration between Dalberg and Wellcome Trust. The program was designed to empower 18 global leaders working at the critical intersection of Climate and Health (CxH). Its aim was to equip them with a comprehensive toolkit for public engagement and a deeper understanding of major CxH issues relevant to their work. This gathering brought these global changemakers together, celebrating the end of their intensive year-long journey.

The sessions and activities were carefully shaped around three key themes: Peer Collaboration, Individual Growth, and Strengthening Relationships. To ensure a truly changemaker-centric experience, the agenda blended dynamic group brainstorming, insightful panel discussions, and valuable time for personal reflection.
